Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026 · Versão em português
Florida Funding ("Florida Funding", "we", "us") helps small-business owners in Florida request working capital from third-party funding providers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through floridafundingusa.com, WhatsApp, phone, text messages and email, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Florida Funding is a broker/intermediary. We are not a lender and we do not make funding decisions.
1. Information we collect
- Contact information: name, phone and mobile number, email address, business and home address.
- Business information: legal and trade name, EIN, entity type, start date, industry, ownership percentage, website, landlord or mortgage contact.
- Owner and partner information: Social Security Number or ITIN, date of birth, home address, U.S. immigration status and, if you choose to upload it, a copy of your visa or permanent resident card.
- Financial information: business bank statements, card-processing statements, monthly deposits, negative days, existing loans or cash advances, tax liens or bankruptcy history, requested amount and purpose.
- Consents and signature: the authorizations you check and the name you type as your signature, with date and time.
- Technical and marketing data: pages visited, device and browser type, a one-way hashed version of your IP address (we do not store the raw IP with your application), referring page and campaign parameters (UTM codes) that tell us which ad or partner sent you.
- Communications: messages you send us by WhatsApp, text, email or phone, and notes from our conversations.
2. How we use your information
- To review your request, prepare your application and present it to a funding provider.
- To contact you about your application, missing documents and offers.
- To verify identity and information and to prevent fraud.
- To pay referral partners correctly when a request they referred is funded.
- To improve our website, service and advertising.
- To comply with law, regulation and legal process.
3. How we share your information
- Funding providers: with your authorization, we send your application and documents to our funding partner(s) so they can evaluate your request. They may obtain consumer or business credit reports and verify the information you provided, under the authorization you give in the application.
- Service providers: companies that host our website and secure storage, deliver email and messages, or help us operate, bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp
If you give us your number and agree to be contacted, we may send messages about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages at any time, or tell us on WhatsApp that you no longer want to be contacted, and we will stop. Reply HELP or call +1 (407) 307-6425 for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition to apply.
5. Email
We send emails about your application and, if you agreed, useful content for business owners. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop messages that are required to process a request you made.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly, remember choices, measure visits and understand which ads perform (for example, the Meta Pixel when enabled). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as expected.
7. Security
Applications and documents are stored in a private, access-restricted database and file storage, transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and accessible only to authorized Florida Funding staff. We never ask you to send your SSN or bank statements by regular email. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your information.
8. Retention
Sensitive data (SSN/ITIN, immigration document numbers) and uploaded documents are deleted after your request is decided, and no later than 90 days after you submit it. We keep a minimal record (business name, contact, request status, source and dates) as needed for accounting, partner payments and legal obligations.
9. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop being contacted, by writing to contact@floridafundingusa.com. Residents of certain states (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Utah) may have additional rights under their state laws; we will honor valid requests as required. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Children
Our services are for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
